The toilet also had a large area of damage so was unusable. The sellers communication and service was faultless. They sent a replacement toilet the following day and the courier took the damaged one away. Highly recommended seller. It was well packaged externally but I was a little concerned as the original inner packing had clearly been opened and then resealed but all was well, everything was there so absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Very pleased with my purchase and it will do exactly what I bought it for. Communication/tracking re delivery was also spot on. Will defo use Magnum again.
