We try hard to get things right the first time round. If your considering purchasing one of our items please read the terms and conditions below.

1) all items come with 30 days warranty from the date of delivery. Unless clearly described as spares/repairs.

2) engines needs to be fitted by qualified mechanics, VAT registered etc. No back street operatives for any warranty to be valid. We recommended a new timing belt kit, as this is one of the most common reasons for engine failure.

3) before purchase you must either match up the PART NUMBER and confirm yourself that the item is what you require.

4) delivery times are stated clearly on eBay. And where possible we will send out items as soon as possible. If you are in a particular rush for the item, its best to write us an email to see how soon we can post the item out. (We can offer a next day DHL EXPRESS delivery)

5) strictly no collections on our items. We operate a closed facility that is not open to the public.

If it were just the fact that the listing doesn't specify this is just for ONE side repeater (who on Earth would either expect or want that?) the fact that I was refunded all of my money would have meant I'd have left neutral feedback. However, it is just plain wrong to say that the order has been sent on 27/07/23 when the Hermes tracking clearly shows it was not dropped off at the drop-off location until the 31/07/23!
