    Excellent value for money

    I bought this urn for work. We use it every day to make hot drinks, fill hot water bottles ( it's cold in our workshop ). It save so much time compared to waiting for the kettle to boil. We fill it and switch it on in the morning and it lasts all day. We love it :)

    Hot water on tap

    This a very clever piece of kitchenware , it gives you constant hot water when required or it keeps it warm . till you switch it over on the rocker switch , it holds 10litres or if you want there is bigger boilers in the range , i cant recommend this item enough , not frightened for my dad who is 93 years old spilling it over himself unlike a kettle .

    Changing report.

    I sent in a report earlier saying that the water tasted horrible. We have today again boiled and changed the water another couple of times and it is now fine. So sorry for the previous report. It works as it should and as long as you are happy to boil it up and change the water a few times then the product is good.

    Catering urn

    Pleased with the entire product altho I would have appreciated the tap being slieghtly higher to enable me to fill mugs ,I can only do that if I remove the drip tray now.Mugs are essentially more frequently used than a cup and saucer these days,perhaps it’s worth a thought.
