This eBay store is owned and managed by Blinds Megastore LTD.
 
When making payment you are entering a contract and agree to our terms and conditions.
 
 
1. General
 
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revisions on the page.
 
 
2. Supply and Delivery
 
We will endeavour to deliver within the estimated time scale stated on each listing. We shall accept no liability for losses caused by delays or damages during the fulfilment process.
 
In the unlikely event we are unable to supply your item we will offer an alternative or issue a full refund to you.
 
In the unlikely event a price is incorrect on the store we reserve the right to cancel your order.
 
 
Despatch
 
Most orders (excluding made to measure/custom made items) are dispatched within 1-2 working days of cleared payment. Upon dispatch an automatic email will be sent to the email address you provided including all tracking information for your order. Tracking will also be added to your order on eBay. If your item has not arrived within 4 working days of dispatch and the courier has not left a card please contact us via the messaging system.
 
 
Delivery
 
We call upon a collection of couriers to deliver your items. Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday – Friday). The courier will require a signature for delivery. The courier may attempt to deliver to your neighbours if you are not available – this is standard practice. On occasion the courier may not leave a calling card, however we do advise you check the tracking frequently after dispatch to track your parcel. If you miss delivery please contact the courier to rearrange. If two attempts have been made your item will be held at the depot for 5 working days for you to collect. After this time your order will be returned to us and refunded.
 
 
Damages/incorrect items
 
Upon receipt it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the goods. If your item is damaged or incorrect we ask you contact us within 48 hours before using or altering the product. We will request an image to allow us to claim with the courier and send a like for like replace or issue a refund. We ask you do not attempt to return damaged, incorrect or faulty items to us. We cannot accept liability for the cost of return for damaged or faulty items if you do so. If we require the item back we will arrange collection at our own expense.
 
 
Address Change
 
If it is likely you're not going to be in upon delivery, please use an alternative address during the ordering process. We are NOT able to change the delivery address from the one supplied to us by eBay. This is for your security and ours.
 
 
Order Amendments and Cancellations
 
Due to our very quick processes we CANNOT edit, amend or cancel your order after your payment is received. Any unwanted items may be returned under our policy.
 
 
3. Made to Measure Orders
 
All made to measure listings will clearly state the manufacture and delivery times. Please be aware that manufacture can only begin once you provide all the requirements asked for in the item description.
 
If we do not receive all necessary requirements within a reasonable time frame we may cancel and refund your order.
 
As the goods ordered via this website are 'made to measure', we cannot accept returns unless the goods are faulty. Also, we cannot accept cancellations or amends to orders once manufacturing of the order has commenced in our factory. This is because the goods are manufactured to your exact specification. For this reason, the 7 day cooling off period does not apply.
 
We strongly advise requesting samples before purchasing made to measure items as these are non-returnable/non-refundable items.
 
 
4. Returns
 
If you no longer require the item and you refuse delivery you will incur a charge. This charge will be deducted upon refund of your item cost.
 
We offer a 14 day no quibble returns policy. The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly advise researching return costs before purchasing. This policy excludes made to measure, custom made items or items that have been altered.
 
Items must be returned unused in their original packaging.
 
Every effort has been made to make colour swatches as accurate as possible in average viewing conditions. However there may be variations depending on your computer screen. We cannot be liable for colour difference on screens.
