Bonjour . J'ai commandé au même vendeur 6 portes couteaux. Je lui ai demandé de me faire une livraison des 6 à la fois. Cela aurait permis d'économiser des frais de port conséquents soit 9 euros par objet. Au lieu de cela, les 6 objets ont été envoyée séparément. Actuellement 4 sont arrivés. Il m'a fallu vérifier chaque numéro de colis et l'objet correspondant. Lesquels manquaient etc...Je pense qu'ils vont arriver demain. Mais vraiment je trouve regrettable cette façon de faire.

Bonjour, Je préfère faire un un colis par objet acheté car j'ai déjà eu des clients malhonnêtes qui ont porté réclamation sur Ebay en disant qu'il manquait des objets dans le colis unique et dans tous les cas le vendeur est lésé. Toutefois, ce fut un plaisir de faire affaire avec vous. Cordialement
