Roxel S500 is a compact unit supplied with all three wiring options for connection to choose from; UK mains plug, instruction booklet and remote control (with batteries!) in box too. Setup very easy. Virtually silent when running with DVD. Picture quality top notch (1080p but you can choose lesser resolutions). Excellent value for money even if it only lasts as long as its warranty of a year - hopefully it'll be longer than that!

    Get what you pay for.

    This DVD player is okay. It automatically turns on when when I switch everything on which means, that's a first and I have to keep turning it off if I'm not using it. The quality is good but every now and then it freezes and the screen appears cubic, meaning distortion plays a big role during play. This happened with every DVD we watched. I've bought £20 DVDs from Argos and Asda in the past and they never did this. I only bought this because it was region free. I wouldn't buy another one like this again.

    Roxel, great little Dvd Player.

    Nice compact Dvd player. So easy to use and a Multi-region player two, normally i would go for Dvd Recorders but to be honest i did not do any recordings so this is why i bought this unit as my recorder was starting to play up. The picture is very clear, the Remote is quite small and easy to use. Great buy.
