I immediately contacted the seller, he stated 'if I do not LIKE the Boxes for me to send pictures and start a returns procedure with ebay', which I have done - all for me to do, nothing by him and he has caused the problem The seller has been extremely unhelpful and disingenuous in his dealings with this matter. The product is quoted as Growmore (which, if I remember rightly, is a fertiliser), the package in the photo says it's Growmoor, and the actual item is labelled Moorland. However, the web address on the pack takes you to Growmoor. I've used this before with great success as it's peat based, and the peat-free composts I've tried have been rubbish. Whatever the name, it's exactly what I wanted. Arrived promptly, in good condition, excellent value. Full marks!
