I rated this Neutral because of issues with Australia Post. I stress that I have NO ISSUES with the seller. My product arrived a day late. Again, nothing to do with the seller. The product was what I expected. I checked the tracking regularly but stated "Delayed". On Friday checked the letter box and found a damaged thick envelope jammed into the letter box. It was my parcel. The postman did not bring it to my door to complete the delivery process. Envelope damaged getting it out of letter box
