Heavy duty tool, does the job through roots,splits through stones and flint with little effort just the weight of the tool does the job.
Have dug my post holes even through extreme roots and confined space. Just lift the tool and let its own weight slide through your hands and cut your way down. I just needed a small trowel to clear the debris.

Best garden tool
This is a must have for gardeners. Chomps through everything. I have managed to quickly dig holes to plant trees even though the ground is hard, stoney ahd full of old tree roots. It's heavy but requires little effort. Just lift it, aim and let it drop. Wish I knew about these years ago.

Excellent tool.
Needed to clear a large clump of bamboo with a mat of roots 18 inches thick. Tried chopping it up with an axe and a mattock but they just bounced off. Thought I'd need a jack hammer when I spotted this. The weight and chisel end meant I could cut it into foot squares and lever it out. Hard work but did the job.

This pole slices threw everything i used it on bit more work was needed for concrete but still managed to break it up i would certainly recommend this product only draw back is it gets heavy after a while but at 17 pounds what do i expect great product

The only way is down!
If you have to dig a hole for anything, it’s going to be hard work. Anything that helps you: dig easily; dig accurately; dig deep; and cut through roots, HAS to be a good thing. This tool is the absolute business!! It’s not cheap to purchase but divide it by a 100 fence posts and deduct the chiropractors fees.. It will be the best value tool you have ever bought!!
