I was really pleased to see it’s quite a small capsule but still high strength. But they don’t use fillers and it shows. And good quality types of vitamin Bs. And from the research I’ve done, the type of ingredients is the difference between being available and easily absorbed by the body and the body struggling to absorb or use it at all. I would recommend you give these a try:)
