    The threat of electricity blackouts

    Due to the current climate of energy prices and the threat of energy blackouts, I am of an age when I can remember in years gone by living through previous electricity blackouts. I purchased these candles in readiness. The ones I purchased are lovely and tall also nice and slim to be used in my candle holders.

    Different box, different shape

    Candles were not in the pictured box, just loose in a brown box, and were a slightly different shape to the ones in the picture, more tapered, so I assume they're not the genuine ones as listed.

    Always good candles

    Can’t beat Price’s candles. Far superior in quality and burning, than the cheap imitations that pervade the market in huge quantities at seemingly rock-bottom prices.

    Candles for power cuts and other emergencies

    High quality product with an old-established name. Every home should have a stock of these for power cuts or national emergencies. The handy packs of 10 are competitively priced and each candle has a minimum burn time of 5 hours. They also have a long storage life.

    The best Candles for Everyday use.

    We use candles every day - look so much better in candle light these days! My order came quickly and well packaged at a good price too. If I were to be nit piccy, I do like the smaller stouter Prices candles, which the picture on the site showed. However, these candles are longer, still by Prices and they burn lovely. I believe Prices are no longer producing the smaller stouter candles.
