First delivery (by Evri) was corrupted: cardboard box packaging had been opened and folding umbrella inside replaced by 350g of Dylon All-in-1 fabric dye. Following extensive liaison with the seller, including two sets of photographs, I was sent another folding umbrella (this time in soft plastic packaging), which successfully reached me (via Evri) without being tampered with.
