I ordered twelve and only received eleven, four were dead. No heat pack, but it was 40 degrees that day. Contacted the seller with pics and communication was great, they mailed out 5 replacements the following week. Opened the replacement package immediately upon arrival and all were dead. It's 27 degrees here today and they were ice cold. The ones who made it are doing well.

Packaging was well thought out and heat pack was set in a way that keeps the pods alive but not cooked. Being a dwarf species it was nice they were packed rolled in some paper towel so they were easy to count and verify. Communication and customer service was quick and responsive to clarify questions and concerns. Very knowledgeable and helpful! The pods were shipped in good quality substrate and packaging. They arrived in healthy condition (only one casualty). They appear young (juvenile and adult) and active with dark coloring.
