    Not recommended as you can buy the box-set

    A complete con. There is a second series billed as Willy Fog 2 which is Journey to the Centre of the Earth, but this obviously wasn't it. Yes the cover is obvious but I still feel conned. If you REALLY want this, get the box set instead

    Around the World with Willy Fog - Vol.2 (DVD 2003)

    This animated childrens' adaptation of Jules Verne's classic novel owes alot to the earlier film version and takes a few liberties with the script - changing names, adding characters and giving Mr Fog a couple of extra detours along the way. Nevertheless it is just as entertaining for my six-year old daughter now as it was to me when it was shown on the BBC in the 1980s. You'd be best advised to watch vol.1 first, and expect childre to request vols.3 and 4 ..... If you or your kids liked Dogtangnion and the 3 Muskerhounds or Cities of Gold, then this series will be just right for you.

    Around the world with willy fog volume 2

    Having watched the first volume I really enjoyed it wanted to see some more. So I ordered this one to continue on with the series. I really liked the introduction to each cartoon explained want had happened in the previous episode. This way I didn't end up skipping any episode's by mistake. The only this I disliked was that I had to watch the beginning over and over again which tended to get rather tiring after a while.
