Disappointed in quality of item received. It was advertised as new, but all the original packing material was broken into pieces and no longer protecting the item. The item was bent and scratched in places. I would return it if it wasn't such a hassle to do so. I am hoping it will actually work. Additionally, it was supposed to be received by Dec 21, but on that day it had not been even shipped. Only after contacting the seller was it shipped on that day. The shipping from that point was OK
