She spoke to a manger who said he had checked everywhere he could to get boards and then came back on the phone to me all in under 3.5 mins ??? The footboard assembly is now obsolete, and no stock is available in the Triumph UK dealer network. Our only option was to offer a return and full refund. We’re sorry for the mix-up and that we couldn’t resolve the matter as you’d have liked. However your statement believing that we do not care is not true and we take all issues seriously.

Though fitment listing correct for Tiger 800 XR at least. Perhaps PFK Ling Ltd rely on "copy & paste" from World of Triumph - Invoice in box from World of Triumph.
