Shipping time was great and the purse appeared to be in good condition when it was shipped out, but the purse was really bent and creased because of the way it was packed. I wish that the bubble wrap used to pack it had also been placed *inside* the purse. I can't really carry it around in its current condition -- It will take time and effort to straighten it out.
