After cleaning and fixing the parts I could I contacted the seller to request a partial refund. To the sellers credit they offered a refund, but after a repair, a lengthy wait, and the poor description and pictures, the last thing I wanted to do was repackage the item and go to the post office. The seller did not accept my request for a partial refund so we have reached an impasse.
