This is one packet of 30 very strong anti-anxiety or sleeping pills from Botanicals. Each tablet contains 150 mg of dry Valerian Root extract - equivalent to 750-900 g of Valerian root. Valerian is a traditional herbal medicine used to treat temporary insomnia caused by mild anxiety. Take 1-2 tablets with water before bedtime. For oral use only. Not suitable for those under the age of 18.
