PROFOUND IMPACT on my Life!
I read this book 10 years ago, and although it was a little long on the history of sugar, it made a huge impact on my life. Ever since reading Sugar Blues, I cut down my sugar intake to maybe10% of what it was before. And I was a real "Sweet-tooth." Still am...but watch it and eat sweets very sparingly and consciously. Sugar is a drug and can cause a lot of health problems . I done away with it for 6 months now and have lost 20lbs in the first 3 weeks and haven’t gain any of it back!
