Bed we ordered was out of manufacturing - we were offered a replacement for a bed of the same style, brand new. Quality was awesome, looks great and paid no extra for it. Delivery was scheduled ASAP and expertly handled. A missing strap, but they contacted Kaydian directly for us and sent a new one. Will always be using Bed Cloud for any of our bed needs in future. The best customer service possible. 10/10, amazing sellers. Customer for life!
