Very disappointed, I sent glasses frames I purchased from opticians. Didn’t get any confirmation and tried to contact seller several times - no reply for weeks. I opened up an eBay case to chase and they responded saying they couldn’t reglaze these frames and would refund and return them. I am awaiting the return still and I will also be out of pocket £8 for Royal Mail costs to send to seller. Needs better comms and explanation as to why a standard pair of glasses cannot be done.
