Item arrived damaged twice. 1st delivery smashed to bits. 2nd delivery damage to main door, told out of stock to replace gave a refund of £50. No help with disposal of 1st delivery. Delivered with one person weight 78kg. Told them it is too heavy for one.

Where do I start! Delivered late! The tray was badly damaged and the waste had missing pieces, I returned it to the delivery driver who was rude as anything! The same tray was then re delivered to me 2 days later! The supplier then said they had no more do I had to get elsewhere. I would advise against using these people because they lie and use every excuse in the book, I’ve heard them all over 25 years and these guys almost tried them all. Refund took almost 2 weeks and I had to remind them.
