The order was delivered quickly however unfortunately one of the items sent was the wrong one. I contacted them and they immediately sent the correct item and arranged for the wrong one to be returned at their expense. Fantastic little radio! I’ve yet to really put it through it’s paces but so far, it’s excellent.
The LCD info is a bit slow and clunky, but that’s a very small criticism. It packs a lot of punch for a small machine, the sound quality is impressive and the battery life is excellent.
DigiFunk do need to package items better though; usb plug was damaged on arrival, however, they rectified the situation immediately and the customer service was very good.
Really pleased with item and service.
