Yes the item was as described and after using it a couple of times I found it very good. I use eyed hooks and and with the unique design it goes right over the eye and on to the hook.
Having praised this there is one issue (for me at least). The length of 13cmm is too short. If a fish has swallowed the hook it is quite awkward to get down there. Lucky for me I had an old engineering screwdriver set and the handle fitted perfectly on the end (as seen in Photo). Now it`s perfect at 19cm.
