Unfortunately one lamp had its LED internal unit lose inside with external cover almost coming off it.
Never mind that, both lamps brightness are more like a 10w than a 15w - compared to other 15w we have.
Therefore I can only assume, as I did not want to waste my time measuring a single LED brightness, that these are OLD generation LED with far lower brightness per wattage.
