Terms and conditions of the sale
•Any items that are received damaged or faulty need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving in order to be eligible for an exchange. Some photographic evidence may be required of any faults or damages.
 
•All our items are packaged and dispatched to a very high standard of quality, however there may be a rare and unfortunate circumstance where our customers' may receive a damaged or faulty item.
 
•Before sending out a replacement, we would need to receive the item back for inspection. This may need to be sent back to us or collected by us depending on the circumstances. We do not send out replacements before receiving initial items back first. In some cases we may either collect the item or cover the cost of postage. Urgently required replacements can be re-purchased then credited once the initial item is then received back by us.
 
•In such circumstances we will co-operate fully with our customers' and ensure that matters are resolved amicably and swiftly. Can we please ask all customers to work with us to resolve such situations before leaving negative feedback or opening a resolution case.
 
•We must be notified within 24 hours for orders that are to be cancelled. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return it to us at their own expense and in a re-salable condition. Delivery address will be given on request. Please do not send any items back without confirming the return address with us first.
 
•Please contact us via message or phone if you have any further return or refund enquiries. Please read each listing detail carefully and be sure the parts you are ordering are the correct ones. You can message us your vehicle registration in order to check if parts are the correct ones.
