I did message with a apology on regards to the transport being late. was out of my hands. However on the "bent" product please forward pictures or send back for a full refund. We quality check our products before they leave.. Delivery would be responsible for this and we can put a claim in for you. I did offer a full refund when i received abusing messages from you Simon.
