Only arrived 8 days after ordering but told there was a delay from the manufacturer. Once here & put up in the garden, Im very happy with its size & ease of installation. Found it a lot easier to put up & down (on my own) than my larger Cayman Combo, which has 2 separate inflation tubes rather than the Midi's 1, which inflates the whole tubular air frame 👍

I was going away so wouldn’t be at home so they shipped another awning straight to the campsite in Scotland 🏴 it arrived 30 minutes before me 😃

Advertised as new this item was delivered quickly enough but immediately on unpacking I realised that it was certainly not new. The box was damaged and had obviously been opened many times. The main unit itself was scratched and marked and the cable was in a tangle on top of the unit itself. Upon complaining, the seller offered a 10% discount and because we were leaving two days later and needed the pump, I accepted it. I will not deal with this seller again and certainly cannot recommend them.

This is wrongly described. The size is way off of the actual measurement given in add and also what is on the box. I contacted seller and sent pictures of a tape measure showing sizes that are quite a bit off. I thought maybe it’s been mis boxed but seller says that’s what they are.
Seller said I could send it back for a refund and was good to deal with and replied quite quickly.
Good seller but definitely not the ridgemonkey as described
