Plants were also butchered to get them to fit the box - I can only presume so it went as a Royal Mail small parcel. Contacted the seller to report the issue of poor quality and abysmal value, but I was ignored. I would not recommend this seller. Looking at other reviews it would appear an all too common occurrence. Clearly no regard for customer service.
