Used for 2 weeks now, am seeing an improvement in my walking ability which was serverely limited due to 'non use' and hurting my back recently. Started at 1mph for 5 mins, slowly built up to 8 mins at 3mph. there is no bar to hold on this so will use 2 chair backs until my legs and balance improve. Note: heavy item getting out of box, but managed using the front wheels and pushing into place near my desk and plug. very happy shopper
