I purchase a lot on line and most product prices include vat or at least say plus vat.. with this seller expect to pay vat on top of the price advertised. Hence the 3 stars for description..

Advertised at 27 quid then add 6 quid VAT on top and 5 quid for postage, that is not mentioned in the ad. Ordered expensive bolts for 15 quid with them and then receive only 4 + 1 long one that is useless to me. Asked me to spend 5 quid on postage to send another tiny bolt for an already useless order. Extremely frustrating experience. He still bought the wrong product. Then we asked him to send the correct product for free. We agreed, but he refused to pay the shipping fee and got angry. For the VAT tax, it already showed on the page before he paid them.
