I would not recommend you purchase from this seller, items I purchased should have been 40mm, but are 38 x40mm,had to machine them

We sold these items a lot,never heard of dimensions complaint.We tell the buyer how to use the clamps. Finally the clamps worked ,but the buyer request us to refund him £15 .The fact is he bought two clamps , the total he paid us is £18.24 only. We suggested refund him £9.12 ,the buyer agreed ,but he left negative feedback after we issued the refund .The buyer never mention about to return the item back to us just requesting a refund ,this buyer is cheating the refund apparently.
