- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseRenovating a Victorian cast iron bench, with the previous slats starting to weaken around the bolts. Given these slats are 30+ years old an investment in these new slats should outlast me! Whilst initial outlay over cheaper slats might tempt use of the cheaper wood, in the longer term these iroko slats work out cheaper and certainly look far better requiring a light oiling to maintain looks and that all important water resistance.
