The oil filter that I received was 5mm larger in diameter and had a different diameter of the seal ring than the original. When I disputed this, the reaction from the company was dreadful, stating that 5mm was OK and that they would only refund the cost of the item and not the return postage. They also claim that they pick the correct part to the order and that maybe I had ordered incorrectly. Would I recommend this company - never. They need to take lessons in dealing with customers properly
