Hello.
I have been asked to revise the feedback given. I will rate as neutral.
The packing was not suitable for the item, this is why it has been damaged. I appreciate this was done by the courier while in transit but a liquid bottle rapped in cardboard wasn t enough to stop it getting damaged/squashed.
I was very disappointed when it arrived and it was in this state.
I paid for an item, to include delivery, I do expect it to arrive in order.
