Es gab ein Missverständnis bei der Bestellung. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen des Verkäufers zur Lösung des Problems .Hinzu kam,dass der Preis und die Lieferkosten in englischen Pfund angegeben waren, obwohl die Firma in Italien ihren Sitz hat.Das wurde von mir leider nicht bemerkt und so wurde alles viel teurer als erwartet.Aber auch diesbzgl. gab es kein Entgegenkommen,keine Erstattung.Das Produkt selbst kann ich noch nicht bewerten, daich es noch nicht verarbeitet habe.
