I was initially concerned about this battery, being 50% cheaper than some other suppliers. I took a chance, due to the returns policy applicable. The battery was delivered on time, well packaged and was a genuine HP battery. Although I had a minor issue in getting into my laptop to replace the battery, once I had the replacement took a few minutes to complete. Extremely happy with the service from this seller.
