Item was marked as dispatched but never received. Tracking number added showed nothing either - seller refunded me which clearly indicates it was never sent and clicking dispatched was to simply ensure timelines were met. Waste of time

The item was sent, however I assume it was lost in transit as you didn't receive it. I sent a refund as you opened an item not received case and requested a refund otherwise I would have sent a replacement. I'm sorry you did not receive the item.

Item arrived alot later than indicated but did just arrive before Christmas as it was a gift. The print was very poor quality on one side, contacted the seller multiple times with no joy of a response. Contacted ebay and they opened a return procedure which I said I couldn't do as it was a gift. The seller wasn't helpful at all at resolving the issue or interested in giving a partial refund for the poor quality.
