A few days later the post office requested a £1.50 delivery charge on a parcel, once paid my item arrived. It was only a £5.95 item, so got a bargain. I called back,not answered, three more calls, no answer. Anyone can make a mistake, but it would be cheap to rectify in this case. Not the end of the world, but I wont be dealing or recommmending this company, or any other this gentleman is involved with.
