He offered a replacement for the one bag, which I thought was good customer service as I will be putting them in the bin.. HOWEVER... I have heard nothing at all and that was about 2 weeks ago.. So my opinion of their good customer service has changed..( even an update would have been welcomed) So, sadly I don't think I will be ordering from them again..

So, the seller 100% positive. What spoilt the experience was the postal system as I never received the product. When I showed my concern I was refunded immediately, so another positive from Ebay. It would be unfair to blame the seller for this experience. I would buy from them again.
