Delivered in a split bag with half of the rice falling out onto the floor outside of my front door. Very poorly packed with the bag of rice given NO protection from heavy handling. Unusable for cooking purposes so I discard what was left in the bag. I was offered a half refund which I declined. Think carefully before placing a order with this seller.

This is very nice quality Basmati rice. It is a little different to normal Basmati rice. The uncooked grains are golden in colour. The cooked product is superior to normal, white Basmati rice. Very reasonable price for the product and good communication from the seller who I would buy from again. The only downside was that it was delivered by Royal Mail who had my package for days before delivering it. When they eventually delivered it, the box was all wet through and smashed in. Thankfully due to the robustness of the product, there was no damage to it. I give the seller 5 stars and Royal Mail 0 stars as usual for a shoddy service. They are an embarrassment!!
