The Ebay Seller was professional, courteous and attentive at all times.
However, the Courier service "Yodel" was embarrassing.
Their Online Customer Service (Live Chat) was like a "Tug of War". Pulling customers from side to side and reading form different prepared scripts.
To be honest the situation reminded me of the Post Office Scandal... No one was telling the truth regarding the whereabouts of my parcel.
The parcel was eventually delivered after 14 days.
