Disappointing
I already have the interphone sport which is great so when I bought a new helmet decided to buy a new intercom. Wrongly assumed the U com 2 would be an improvement how wrong I was. First issue after struggling with the very unclear instructions was to discover you are unable to remove the intercom to charge it. It has to be done on the helmet. Very inconvenient. In fact had I known this I would never have bought it. The next issue is the volume I mainly use the intercom for listening to music on my I pod. Working out how to connect it took me days again due to the poor instructions but the main problem is the volume. When on the bike I can only hear it when sitting at lights or travelling below 30 miles an hour. So for me it is totally useless I’m going back to the interphone sport.
