    I purchased a Chi straight iron. Yes the item was new. However it did not work from the minute I took it out of the box. I contacted seller and he basically made me feel like it is my problem. He did not offer to replace it or give my money back. He instead told me to contact Chi. I would not recommend this seller at all unless you don't care if you are stuck with a product that does not work. The seller will get back to you but he will not stand by his products.
