( clearly l didn’t read enough) tube in small box over stuffed with tissue, therefore tube box doesn’t close properly at either end.. in all a disaster and did not come from Jo Malone. The parcel was delivered 1 day delayed from the estimated delivery date. As per the gift box comment, it’s mentioned in the listing description that the large gift box is not included. The refund you’re referring was indeed processed one day after your initial claim, it wasn’t ignored at all. You got to keep the item without even returning.
