Cancellations
 
We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should anything go wrong, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.
 
If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been despatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on your behalf or as your agent and be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer.
 
Once Kiddimax receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to Kiddimax from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Kiddimax in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Kiddimax.
 
Returns
 
You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 working days of delivery for any reason. To do so you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
 
If: the product delivered is not what you ordered (including an unapproved substitute product), or does not correspond with its description; the product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality, the product arrives damaged or faulty and you have notified us within 7 working days, we may replace the item or affected parts or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
 
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed they must be returned in the same way. Care must be taken to ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
 
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

    Large but not portable

    Whilst its great to do a puzzle on, it is not foldable and remains flat and the same size and not coverable. Unlike the other boards from this brand. Because I had seen other styles I didn't realise what I was purchasing. The other styles fold in and cover up an uncompleted puzzle and even have room to do smaller puzzles. Although |I won't be returning it I may order another style board from this brand.

    Disappointed with the item, small print explained the difference.

    The product is good quality although I didn't realise it is not a portable board as the photo is the same as my portable one. The product was damaged on delivery. As it was a gift delivered direct to another town I could not do anything about it.

    A must-have compact yet roomy puzzle working board

    My husband rediscovered jigsaw puzzling over Christmas and 'borrowed' my original (this brand and size) board - I needed a new one to get back to working MY puzzles and this brand and size is the only acceptable budget-conscious one on the market in my opinion. Plenty of room for my preferred piece count (500) including my growing new fav 500pc panoramic puzzles. Slides under the sofa (we're in a downsizer so space-saving is a concern), the fabric 'face' is easily maintained with a sticky lint roller and is made by a highly reliable company.

    Great useful product for jigsaw fans

    I already had one but wanted a spare for when I have 2 puzzles being done. This product is extremely good due to the non slip covering and is the right size for up to 1000 piece puzzles. It is lightweight so easy to move around. I would definitely recommend. The only negative was slight damage to one corner which meant instead of the board being totally flat there was a curve. This didn't affect the enjoyment of doing a puzzle though.

    wonderful puzzle board

    I needed to move the 'in progress' jigsaw somewhere safe for the Christmas period as I would be using the table where it was in situ. This item arrived really quickly and is just what I needed - I safely transferred all the pieces to the board and have been able to pick-up where I left off with no movement of the jigsaw pieces. Would recommend.
