However, I have to point out the worst delivery. I have to pay the customs duty but wait for days and have no pay info. It's lucky the seller check the local delivery contacts for me and online shown that they will send me a letter for the payment. Days gone, nothing received. I emailed them and got the payment info. After receiving the product for a week, finally I get the letter now. We haven’t tested the heater yet, but everything else has exceeded expectations. Great value for a genuine kotatsu. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the real thing.
