    Arrived in good condition. Packaging seemed excessive. Product worked as advertised. Price was reasonable for a hard to locate 26 year old automotive CD player. Appearance was not a consideration. Outrageously expensive for "standard" shipping to a post office box. Shipping cost was much more than the cost of the CD player itself. Almost didn't purchase the product because of the high cost of shipping but I really needed it.

    I was relieved to find this radio/nav system to replace the original which had apparently lived out it's useful life. I am happy with the purchase. It shipped quickly and works great. In hindsight, I think I would purchase a refurb unit, not the "new" unit. Service from the seller was great. They contacted me via email to verify the replacement was the correct unit for my vehicle. They also responded promptly to every email I sent. I would purchase from them again.
