There was a quality problem with the keyboard. Аfter contacting the vendor, he was more than collaborative and because I'm in Germany and a replacement by them was not an option for me, he supported me to find a suitable keyboard and has refunded the appr. purchase costs. I highly recommend the PC Renewed and would like to thank them once again for the great customer service!
